Undrea King founded Your Local House Buyer with a straightforward goal: give property owners another option when selling through the traditional real estate process isn’t the right fit.
What began in the Houston area grew into years of working with homeowners and properties in multiple markets. Along the way, Undrea and the Your Local House Buyer team have gained hands-on experience with properties involving repairs, inherited ownership, rentals, title challenges and other situations that can make a conventional sale more complicated.
Today, that experience is used to help sellers understand their options, evaluate the property and determine whether a direct sale makes sense for their particular situation.
